Alternative Delivery service to Royal Mail Special Delivery

Note this alternative service is not available for Airwalker orders

This alternative service operates for most UK mainland destinations but please check with us first when requesting deliveries to Islands and Scottish Highlands, and parts of Northern Ireland or view the list here

Our balloons are normally sent out by First class post using the Royal Mail Guaranteed Delivery Service.

This is the service included in our standard prices, and operates for deliveries on Monday to Friday (Saturday with a surcharge).

For Royal Mail deliveries, someone must be available at the address to sign for the delivery.

The delivery cannot be left 'safe' or at a nearby address.

We can offer an alternative for Monday-Friday deliveries for an additional £4.00

If signing for a delivery might be a problem then we would suggest using our alternative specialised next working day delivery service. If sent by our alternative 'next working day' delivery service, then when the order is placed, there is the option of requesting the driver to leave the parcel 'safe' at the destination or of leaving it at a nearby address. At least this means that if no one is at home, there is a means of the recipient getting the delivery on the correct date.

There is a special space on the order page to request this service, at the bottom of the checkout page, (just before hitting the Proceed to payment Button, where you can give all the relevant instructions.

Note this price is only applicable for Monday - Friday deliveries, and the order must be placed by 3pm on the previous 'working' day. (eg Monday deliveries must be booked 3pm Friday).
