Deliveries can only be made to UK addresses
We do not offer a same day delivery service or Sunday deliveries
If in doubt, or if you have only just missed the deadline, then please phone us on 01457 874396, and we will try to help.
ORDERING HINTS -
to help your gift to arrive safely
- Unless otherwise requested all our deliveries are by Royal Mail Special delivery
- Make sure the post code is correct (we cannot be held responsible for any deliveries that are delayed because of incorrect, incomplete or missing post codes)
- If the delivery is to an office block or hospital, consider maybe alerting the receptionist so that the balloon is passed as quickly as possible to the recipient. Ensure that the address is as complete as possible - including Department / Ward. The delivery will probably go to the usual Mail delivery point, and we have no control over how quickly their internal mail system will deliver the balloon.
- Royal Mail Special deliveries must be signed for on receipt, and cannot be left with a neighbour. If you think that this might present a problem then we suggest sending to an office address or an alternative address where someone is available to sign for it.
FOR DELIVERIES REQUIRED ON
Saturday
the ordering deadline is 3pm on Friday.
If you want us to attempt a Saturday delivery then Royal Mail apply a £3.50 surcharge. We do not guarantee a Saturday delivery, and do not accept any responsibility if the delivery is not made. Our recommendation is that you send the balloon for a guaranteed Friday delivery and ask us to mark the box 'DO NOT OPEN UNTIL SATURDAY'
